Famous papers in econ: most cited papers since 1970

Although this series will mostly stick to work done pre-1970, I would like to briefly mention this paper by E. Han Kim, Adair Morse, and Luigi Zingales: “What Has Mattered to Economics Since 1970.”

Many of the citations are to technical papers related to advances in econometrics and estimation techniques, but there is a wide selection of famous papers in this list which I may discuss in the future: Notably, Becker and Stigler’s De Gustibus Non Est Disputandum (1977, AER) and Kahneman and Tversky’s Prospect Theory–Analysis of decision under risk (1979 Econometrica).

P.S. I am looking for a list of most cited papers of all time, but I have been unable to find such a list for economics. If anyone has a good source of this, I’d greatly appreciate it.
